lovely editing by my husband!

Hello to all! Time to give an update! Swelling is completely gone and the results are in. I am very happy with most everything. Since having the surgery, I have lost about 10 more pounds so that now there is some loose skin on my stomach, but since I had the lipo, there is no fat. I am most happy with the breasts. The results are incredible. The silicone implants are awesome and very natural. The size is large but proportionate to my height. If I were 5'1" instead of 5'11", they would look mammoth! I haven't been exercising extensively like I want to, only walking. I need to do some crunches and sit-ups to develop the muscles better in the abdomen so I can loose a few more pounds to get to goal without any more loose skin. My arms are healing well. The scars can still be seen if you are specifically looking for them but I still wear cotton tanks almost every day due to the heat of living in Texas. I put SPF 50 waterproof sunblock on them when going out in the sun to protect the skin in that area. I can't really tell a difference in the butt but hubby says the rear is fuller than before. We have been swimming with the kids a lot this summer and I walk around the pools in my one-piece athletic cut suit. I bought a bikini from Victoria's Secret because their tops are sized like their bras. I bought a 36DD top with a size medium bottom. The top is a bit revealing so I wore it for the picture on the main page, but still wear the more conservative one piece in public. I don't want a breast to fall out! I also want to set a modest example for my girls to follow. No need for the mom to become a hoochie-mama!

If you haven't already noticed, for those of you repeat visitors to the site, I have fuzzed out my face and taken any reference to our location off the site. This is because I am starting a new job as a teacher in the fall and don't want these photos to surface at my new school. This is why the site looks a bit different. Weight is very steady and hovering around 175. I am about 10 lbs from my goal of 100 lbs weight loss. As long as I keep my weight under 180 lbs, my BMI is in the normal range and I wear a very comfortable size 12. No regrets on the surgeries 3 1/2 months out. I am surprised at how well I have healed. The scars on the breasts are completely blended where the breast meets the nipple. The tummy scar is faded to a light pink. The tummy isn't completely as flat as I wanted it to be towards the bottom, but we have to keep in mind that it is a major improvement from before, not perfection. My waist has gone from a high of 42 inches to its current size of 28 1/2 inches. My measurements are now 42-29-42. I recently turned 40. I have never looked or felt this good in years. I now feel I look as good on the outside as I feel on the inside. I have lots of energy and walk daily for exercise or swim with the kids. The fact that I never have to be on a diet again is very comforting. I probably eat about 1200 calories a day. Some days less, some days a bit more. I still try to focus on the protein but have an occasional ice cream cone or hershey bar.

Several others on Obesityhelp have gone to Dr. Sauceda with great success and seem happy with their results. I have seen the pictures of one lady in particular and she looks incredible! Those of you contemplating getting plastics after weight loss, you deserve it for working so hard to get healthy!  As always, feel free to email me with all your questions or concerns.
